Privacy principles

In addition to the requirements of the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 business must always comply with the Privacy Act 2020 and be familiar with the Privacy Principles.

Passing on email addresses, without permission, to another organisation or business may breach the Privacy Act.
