Complaints

Please direct any complaints about our regulatory practices to the gambling group. You will receive an acknowledgement within 3 working days and we aim to resolve complaints within 20 working days.

If you are unhappy about our handling of your complaint, you can take the matter up with the Gambling Commission. They also handle appeals against decisions.
