The Evidence of Identity (EOI) Standard (Version 2.0) has been replaced by the Identification Management Standards as of 1 March 2021. The standard should be used for reference only.

This guidance is still useful even though it still references the old EOI Standard. Where relevant they will be updated or replaced in the future.
This guide provides organisations with information to help them understand how personal names are used and to improve the quality of their personal name data.
