Please direct any complaints about our regulatory practices to the gambling group. You will receive an acknowledgement within 3 working days and we aim to resolve complaints within 20 working days.Email: gambling@dia.govt.nz
If you are unhappy about our handling of your complaint, you can take the matter up with the Gambling Commission. They also handle appeals against decisions.
