Anti-spam enforcement action 2021

The Department's Digital Messaging and Systems Team is responsible for enforcing the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. Below is a list of enforcement actions taken by the team in 2021.

One New Zealand company was issued with a Formal Warning breach of the Act.
