Proposal to include the QCOM 1.6.7 in minimum standards for the Class 4 Electronic Monitoring System (EMS)

Submissions are now open on the proposal to incorporate the QCOM 1.6.7 communications protocol into the minimum standards for the Class 4 Electronic Monitoring System (EMS). The proposal also includes updating references to the most recent Queensland Government documents relating to the EMS site controller and the venue fibreoptic loop (or LAN).
Submissions close at 5pm on Monday, 13 April 2026
