Changes to the gambling equipment minimum standards for Casinos and Class 4 gambling

We seek submissions on the proposal to incorporate the Australian New Zealand Gaming Machine National Standard (ANZ GMNS) revision 12.1 into the Gambling Act (Class 4 Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004, and the Gambling Act (Casino Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004.   

Consequent changes to the New Zealand appendices to the ANZ GMNS for casinos and Class 4 gambling are proposed.

We are also proposing to redraft the minimum standard to assist with clarity of the provisions.
