Updated guidance for Enhanced Customer Due Diligence

The Department of Internal Affairs have published updated Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (Enhanced CDD) guidance. The guidance includes content relating to the reduction of verification requirements for trusts and determining if a person is a politically exposed person, in accordance with a risk-based approach.
