Updated Designated Business Group Guidelines now available

The Department of Internal Affairs, the Financial Markets Authority and the Reserve Bank of New Zealand (the Supervisors) have released updated guidelines on the scope and formation of a designated business group (DBG). The supervisors have also provided the notification form as a standalone document to allow reporting entities to notify its supervisor of its request to elect, form, change, or terminate a DBG.
