Free GoAML Training: Hamilton and Tauranga

The Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) have confirmed details for the following free goAML training sessions in Hamilton and Tauranga. These in person sessions will run for 2 hours and will cover an overview of the goAML system, along with how to submit suspicious activity and prescribed transaction reports.

The training will be a demonstration with ability to ask questions.


Place: Hamilton

Tuesday 19 September, 9:00 am – 11:00 am (the session starts at 9.00 am sharp so please ensure you arrive a few minutes early)


Lugton’s Limited Auction Room, 1010 Victoria Street, Hamilton


Place: Tauranga

Tuesday 19 September, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm (the session starts at 2.00 pm sharp so please ensure you arrive a few minutes early)


Ray White Greerton Auction Room, 1334 Cameron Road, Tauranga


We recommend you bring:

Hard colour copies of the Web Reporting Reference Guides for:

  • Suspicious Transaction Reports
  • Suspicious Activity Reports
  • International Funds Transfers
  • Large Cash Transactions (if you conduct these types of transactions)

These are located in the resource Library within goAML.  To access this logon to goAML then click on ‘Help’ in the navy-blue task bar.

Also bring a pen and some paper to take notes.

Confirmation of your attendance for your preferred session is required ASAP via emailing

If you have any staff who have previously attended a session but would like a refresher, or any staff that may be submitting reports through goAML in the future but aren’t yet registered as users they are more than welcome to attend also. Please send us their name/s and email address.
