Quality assurance

All of our translations are carried out by a native speaker of the target language. We use the translator with the background most suited to a particular assignment. This ensures translations read well and do not sound "like a translation". All of our work is proofread and edited by a second translator to ensure translations are error-free. Our thorough proofing process means you can be sure that the work we return to you is a true and accurate translation of the original.

The Translation Service is fully accredited by the European standard EN 15038. This is one of the few comprehensive international quality standards specifically designed for the translation industry and attests not only the skills and quality of the translators used but also the thoroughness of the overall quality assurance process.

Timeliness

We understand the importance of meeting deadlines. We also understand that quality is affected when a job is rushed. The Translation Service will not compromise on quality. If we cannot meet your deadline we will not accept the assignment. We aim to give realistic timeframes and ensure that all translations are completed and returned to you within the agreed timeframe.

Costs
