Arabic translations of New Zealand passports If you require an Arabic translation of your passport in order to obtain a visa to enter Libya, please contact the Special Operations section of the Passports office on 0800 22 50 50. Quality assurance All of our translations are carried out by a native speaker of the target language. We use the translator with the background most suited to a particular assignment. Costs Selective translations into English of birth, marriage and similar short certificates NZ$50.00 (GST inclusive). We require the originals of such certificates - photocopies are not acceptable.
