Gambling (Class 4 Net Proceeds) Regulations 2004

Gambling (Harm Prevention and Minimisation) Regulations 2004

Gambling (Licensed Promoters) Regulations 2005

Gambling (Prohibited Property) Regulations 2005

Gambling (Class 4 Banking) Regulations 2006

Gambling (Fees) Regulations 2007
These regulations stipulate the fees that apply for licences and approvals under the Act and apply from 1 February 2008. The fees also contribute to the Department of Internal Affairs' compliance activity and the Gambling Commission.- Gambling (Fees) Regulations 2007 (PDF, 265K)*

Gambling (Problem Gambling Levy) Regulations 2010
These regulations came into effect on 10 May 2010. The regulations apply to pub and club gaming machine, casino, TAB and Lotteries Commission profits. Gambling (Class 4 Net Proceeds) Amendment Regulations 2011These regulations amend the Gambling (Class 4 Net Proceeds) Regulations 2004 by removing the prohibition on multi-year grants from gaming machine profits. There are also additional requirements to ensure compliance with the Gambling Act 2003, and to help mitigate various risks if multi-year grant commitments are made.
