The Department's Electronic Messaging Compliance team investigates complaints about unsolicited electronic messages and alleged breaches of the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.

When an investigation has been conducted and a breach of the Act has occurred, enforcement actions available under the legislation have been taken against individuals and organisations.
