Buying Fleetwood Mac tickets on Trade Me

I was looking at buying tickets on trade me for a concert Fleetwood Mac. I had put a bid on, about an hour later a guy called me and said that he had got my phone number off the bidding as ask if I was buying some tickets, he said him and his partner had been watching as they had tickets and thought people are rip off with the prices people were bidding, they were going to listed them and thought they would ring me. I said send the tickets and show me proof that you have got them, so he did after a couple of emails I believe him that this was genuine and he was just being a good guy, I paid him the money to his bank account number which was RJ STRICKLAND ASB BANK 12-3034-0414205-00
On the 26 August I paid the money, he said he would send them, but nothing; I email him back on the 1-9-2013 ask him when he sent them he did reply and said they sent Friday, they should be here by Tuesday. I have email him every day but he has not reply back since the 2 September. Please can you help or what steps do I need to do to stop him doing this to other people and to get my money back.
