To make a complaint about unsolicited commercial fax messages, please follow the two steps below.Step One: Complete the Complaint Form

Note: You cannot complete the PDF document on-screen. You will need to print it out and write on it.

Step Two: Send the Complaint Form and fax spam to us
Please send the completed Complaint Form and a copy of the fax spam message to the Electronic Messaging Compliance team.By email
Scan and attach the fax spam and the completed Complaint Form to an email and send it to:
fax@antispam.govt.nz
Note: If you have any difficulty attaching the form to an email, copy and paste the email address into a new email message and attach the documents. If the fax spam was delivered to your email inbox, forward this with the completed Complaint Form to fax@antispam.govt.nz.
