Background

On 2 September 2014 Prime Minister John Key announced the establishment of a Government Inquiry into allegations regarding the Honourable Judith Collins and a former Director of the Serious Fraud Office, Adam Feeley.

This Government Inquiry had full powers of inquiry under the Inquiries Act 2013, and was conducted by former High Court Judge the Honourable Lester Chisholm.

The Terms of Reference required the findings of the inquiry to be reported to the Prime Minister no later than 28 November 2014.
