Engagement Survey Results

The engagement survey provides our people with an opportunity to tell us about their experience of working at DIA. It helps us check how we are progressing towards our goal of being a highly engaged, fun and productive workplace that makes New Zealand better for New Zealanders.

The engagement survey is conducted annually and usually run sometime between January and June.
