Work Place Interaction is the key to maximising the benefits that ethnic diversity brings to the workplace, or in your interaction with customers. An understanding of culture, and communication is at the heart of successful Work Place Interaction.
The Intercultural Awareness and Communication Training for Trainers was developed as a tool to enhance the participant’s skill in establishing effective communication and relationship across the many cultures in the workplace.
The programme is a full day training designed to support either in-house trainers or providers nominated by the organisation, once a needs assessment is completed.
The Office of Ethnic Affairs offers the training free of charge, and is willing to support organisation’s to deliver Intercultural Awareness and Communication training and to support it for free as long as the agency agrees to the terms of the agreement.
