The Objective is represented by a dark blue box on the left hand side of the diagram.

Objective: To enhance trust in government and confidence in the performance of public sector organisations.

Each Lead objective is represented by a labelled light blue box forming a column of three light boxes on the right side.

The Lead objective boxes are joined to the Objective by a series of connecting lines.

Next to each Lead objective box is a hyperlinked page reference to that part of the document where information about the Lead objective may be found.

The Lead objectives are labelled as follows (from top to bottom):

• Support specialist capability building in other nations.
