Rosie Perez
Rosie enjoys working in Technology Services and Solutions (TSS) which is the IT branch of DIA. She worked previously in admin jobs and decided on a career move choosing DIA as a place she would like to work after hearing good things from colleagues.
Working in a project coordinator role in a department the size of DIA meant she got to move around the different business groups, touching on several different projects (not just technical ones).
“I’ve learned so much and had great people mentoring me along the way.” Being a project coordinator at DIA means working with different people for every project, something Rosie finds stimulating as the landscape changes.
“If it wasn’t for the people I don’t know if I would have come as far as I have, they have given me the opportunity to learn and develop myself.”
