 Prize

We are offering a prize of one Prezzy Card (valued at NZD $100) to the winner of the newzealand.govt.nz online survey prize draw.

Eligibility

Any New Zealand citizen or resident who completes at least one of the online surveys can enter the newzealand.govt.nz prize draw.

Please note that entries from employees of the Department of Internal Affairs (Department), including all employees, contractors and their families, are not eligible for the prize.

How to enter

All entries must be received by 5pm NZDT Monday 25 June 2012.

We are running a number of individual surveys. Each survey will be advertised on the newzealand.govt.nz homepage and on other websites managed by the Department.

Individual surveys will be available for completion for a minimum of four days. The Department reserves the right to close a survey early if one hundred entries are received.

Completion of a survey will entitle an eligible participant to one entry into the newzealand.govt.nz prize draw. Eligible participants will receive one entry for each individual survey completed, and completion of the same survey multiple times will result in only one entry. Each survey must be completed in its entirety and must be accompanied by the eligible participant’s email address. Email addresses obtained pursuant to the newzealand.govt.nz prize draw will not be published and will be used only for the purpose of notifying the participant if their entry is successfully drawn.

The Department reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any person who does not comply with the conditions of entry.

All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
