Crime Prevention Scheme


Funding through the Crime Prevention Scheme has been fully allocated.

* Crime Prevention Scheme grant recipients received grants of $61,333.34 plus GST for each year of their project, subject to the satisfactory completion of project and grant reporting requirements.

All Crime Prevention Scheme projects will cease operating on 29 June 2009

New funding to support local communities, hapū / iwi / Māori, Pacific and ethnic groups is granted through the Community Development Scheme.
