Citizenship Grants Policy Manual
This page contains the chapters of the Citizenship Grants Policy Manuals. These can be viewed and downloaded below. This policy manual version includes chapters relevant to applications assessed under the three year and five year residence provisions. Applications assessed under the three year residence provisions refer to citizenship applications submitted by applicants who had a successful permanent residence application accepted by Immigration New Zealand (INZ) prior to 21 April 2005. Applications assessed under the five year residence provisions refer to citizenship applications submitted by applicants who lodged a permanent residence application with Immigration New Zealand (INZ) on or after 21 April 2005. Amendments and updates to the Policy Manual will be posted and dated on this page as they occur. Please note that some sections of this manual have been withheld under section 6(1)(c) of the Official Information Act 1982.
