This information contains all credit card statements and reconciliations for the period from January 2013 to March 2013 which have been processed as at 31 March 2013, as well as those statements prior to 1 January 2013 which were not included in the previous releases.
Statements and reconciliations processed after 31 March 2013 will be included in the next quarterly release.
About the release of ministerial credit card expenses
The released credit card statements and reconciliations comprise:- all credit card transactions for Ministers both inside and outside Cabinet, including support parties, and their staff for the periods specified (See: rules and guidelines setting out use of the credit cards).
- copies of supporting documentation provided by ministerial offices for purchases
Some information has been withheld for privacy and security reasons. Annotations have been made to the documents where necessary to provide clarity.

It is intended that the Department of Internal Affairs will provide future information on Ministerial credit card expenses on a quarterly basis.
