Appointment of Judge of Court of Appeal Pursuant to section 57 of the Judicature Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint The Honourable Andrew Patrick Charles Tipping, a Judge of the High Court of New Zealand to be a Judge of the Court of Appeal of New Zealand, to take effect on the 1st day of June 1997.
