Temporary Class Drug Notice Pursuant to section 4C of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I give notice that the following substance is classified as a temporary class drug: DMAA 1,3-dimethylamylamine or 4-methylhexane-2-amine This notice will take effect on 9 April 2012 and will expire on 9 April 2013, unless cancelled or renewed as specified in section 4E of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975.
