How to request the logo

Please provide the following information:

  • Your name and organisation
  • Name of logo you need 
  • Brief reason for requesting logo
  • Contact details of DIA employee who approved your logo usage
  • Which version and file format (jpg, png or eps) you require

The following guideline sets out the correct way to use this logo:

Logo options

 The logo is available in colour and black and white. Ideally the full colour version of this logo should be used whenever it is appropriate.

Full colour (preferred format)

 Wherever possible the full colour version of our logo should be used throughout communications.

Example of the primary logo on brand colours:

 Single colour black

 When it’s impractical to reproduce the our logosin the two brand colours, it can be reproduced in one colour. The logo can be produced in PMS black with the weave 35% black.

Reversed on brand colours 

This version of the logo is for use on dark colour backgrounds (but not black). The logo must be positioned in an area of flat colour or minimal background clutter so it can be easily read.

Reversed on black (white keyline)

 This version of the reverse logo has a white keyline grading to black. This should only be used on a black background.

Te Reo version

 The Te Reo version of our logo, with the English translation underneath, is used is for specific communications relating to our work under our Māori Strategic Framework (Te Aka Taiwhenua).
